摘要
气象短视频主要用于科普和气象预报预警中,就气象服务而言,民众实际气象需求趋向直接化、灵活化、生动化,短视频录制则顺应了此种服务潮流。本文首先对新媒体下短视频应用优势进行阐述,分析气象短视频的传播优势,就气象短视频在开展气象科普宣传、气象灾害预警信息发布及天气实时实景发布等气象防灾减灾工作中的应用进行探讨,提出思考建议。
Meteorological short video is mainly used in science popularization and meteorological forecast and early warning. As far as meteorological service is concerned, people’s actual meteorological demand tends to be direct, flexible and vivid, and short video recording conforms to this service trend. This paper first expounds the application advantages of short video under the new media, analyzes the communication advantages of meteorological short video, discusses the application of meteorological short video in meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation work, such as meteorological science popularization, mete-orological disaster early warning information release and real-time weather scene release, and puts forward some suggestions.
