COPD肺部感染病原菌分布和WBC对COPD的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺部感染病原菌的分布与白细胞(WBC)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断价值。方法:随机选取2018年6月至2019年12月在本院诊治的186例慢性阻塞性疾病合并肺部感染患者以及正常体检的60名健康人员作为研究对象,分为研究组和常规组。对所有研究对象进行实验室检查,观察两组研究对象WBC检测结果。结果:研究组对象的WBC检测结果明显高于常规组研究对象,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,慢性阻塞性疾病合并肺部感染患者中共有159株病原菌,其中细菌73株,真菌86株。细菌中G+球菌占比8.81%,肠杆菌占比11.32%,非发酵菌占比19.50%,其他细菌占比6.30%,细菌共占比45.92%;真菌中白假丝酵母占比33.96%,热带假丝酵母占比9.43%,光滑假丝酵母占比7.55%,其他真菌占比3.14%,真菌共占比54.08%。结论:实验室检测WBC指标的水平对慢性阻塞性疾病合并肺部感染患者的诊断具有积极意义,并且引起COPD感染的主要是非发酵菌和白假丝酵母真菌,应给予高度重视。 Objective:To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)lung infections and the diagnostic value of white blood cells(WBC)for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Randomly selected 186 patients with chronic obstructive disease combined with pulmonary infection who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 and 60 healthy persons with normal physical examination as the research objects,and were divided into research group and routine group.Laboratory examinations were performed on all subjects,and the WBC test results of the two groups of subjects were observed.Results:The WBC test results of the subjects in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there are 159 pathogens in patients with chronic obstructive disease and pulmonary infection,including 73 bacteria and 86 fungi.Among bacteria,G+cocci accounted for 8.81%,enterobacteria accounted for 11.32%,non-fermenting bacteria accounted for 19.50%,other bacteria accounted for 6.30%,and bacteria accounted for 45.92%;fungi accounted for 33.96%of Candida albicans,tropical Candida accounted for 9.43%,Candida glabrata accounted for 7.55%,other fungi accounted for 3.14%,and fungi accounted for 54.08%.Conclusion:Laboratory testing of WBC indicators is of positive significance for the diagnosis of patients with chronic obstructive disease and pulmonary infection,and the main causes of COPD infection are non-fermenting bacteria and Candida albicans fungi,which should be given high attention.
