摘要
目的:观察中医情志护理对直肠癌手术患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取112例直肠癌手术患者,按入院单双号随机分为对照组和研究组各56例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施中医情志护理,2组均干预至术后1个月。比较2组护理满意率、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:研究组护理满意率为96.43%,高于对照组的83.93%(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生命力、心理健康、身体健康、社会功能、躯体角色评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对直肠癌手术患者实施中医情志护理,可缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in patients undergoing operation for rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients undergoing operation for rectal cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the single or double number of their admission,56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were intervened until one month after operation.The nursing satisfaction,and the scores of Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36),Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction was 96.43%in the study group,higher than that of 83.93%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of vitality,mental health,physical health,social function,somatic role in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SDS and SAS were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing for patients undergoing operation for rectal cancer can relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
