高温对机织布玻纤覆膜滤料耐折性能影响实验研究

摘要 为研究机织布玻纤覆膜滤料耐折性能,通过实验研究在不同温度、不同加热时间下高温老化对机织布玻纤覆膜滤料耐折性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度升高、加热时间延长,滤料耐折次数下降趋势明显,2#滤料耐折次数随温度和作用时间下降趋势最明显。红外光谱结果也表明,900~1200 cm^(-1)频段内透射率随温度升高和加热时间的延长有下降趋势,即耐折次数与玻纤官能团对应的频段处透射率呈线性正相关关系。因此,在现场使用中应控制温度,避免机织布玻纤滤袋在高温工况下工作。 In order to study the folding resistance of woven glass fiber membrane filter material,the effect of high temperature aging on the folding resistance of woven glass fiber membrane filter material under different temperature and heating time was experimentally studied.The results show that,with the increase of temperature and the extension of heating time,the folding resistance times of filter materials decrease obviously,and the folding resistance times of 2#filter material decrease most obviously with temperature and action time.The results of infrared spectrum also show that the transmittance decreases with the increase of temperature and heating time in the frequency band of 900-1200 cm^(-1),that is to say,there is a linear positive correlation between the folding times and the corresponding frequency band of glass fiber functional groups.Therefore,the temperature should be controlled to avoid the woven glass fiber filter bag working at high temperature.
