摘要
城市形态承载着丰富的历史文化内涵,需要妥善管理,但由于其物质及产权状况的复杂性而面临很大困难。划分管理单元是破解复杂、克服困难的有效办法。管理单元由形态区域和产权区域整合而成,分为不同的类型和级别,有不同的历史文化价值和产权归属,可确定不同的管理导则和责任主体进行独立操作,从而以化整为零的方式把城市形态的管理工作简明化,并保证各类型的城市形态得到精细而合理的对待。全覆盖的管理单元体系把城市变成"单元上的城市",梳理了城市文脉,构建了有机更新的秩序,帮助实现城市历史文化的可持续发展。
Carrying rich historical and cultural connotations,the urban morphology needs to be properly managed,but it faces great difficulty due to the complexity of the urban form in terms of physical condition and property ownership.Identifying management units is an effective way to put order into the complexity and overcome difficulty.The management units are formed by the integration of morphological regions and property ownership regions.They can be categorized into different types and levels in accordance with their different historical and cultural value and property ownership,and each unit achieves specialized planning and design treatment by the responsible agents according to the corresponding guidelines.This simplifies the management work of urban morphology in a way of dividing a complex whole into its parts and ensures that each of the parts is managed in a reasonable manner.Covering the whole urban area,a system of management unit can be established and turn the city into“city in the units”.In this way,the urban context can be sorted out,and an organic renewal order can be established to help realize the sustainable development of urban history and culture.
