摘要
目的:探讨肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者针灸推拿治疗的临床效果。方法:选2020年1-12月于本院进行治疗的肘关节骨折术后功能障碍患者98例,随机分为两组。对照组应用康复训练,研究组在此基础上应用针灸推拿治疗。结果:治疗后研究组生活满意度(13.54±1.12)分,躯体症状(43.16±3.51)分,认知功能(21.03±1.17)分,心理(13.21±1.47)分,社会参与评分(19.17±1.41)分,均比对照组的[(18.78±1.14)、(50.21±3.52)、(25.24±2.03)、(18.51±2.03)、(23.24±1.56)分]低;治疗后研究组关节活动能力(24.37±0.32)分,疼痛情况(49.74±0.54)分,肘关节活动范围(19.65±0.20)分,关节稳定性评分(9.33±0.12)分,均高于对照组[(20.56±0.54)、(44.01±0.43)、(13.10±1.65)、(6.53±0.22)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(93.88%)比对照组高(75.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿治疗肘关节骨折术后功能障碍效果较好,可以有效改善患者的关节活动能力,提高肘关节的活动范围和关节稳定性,改善其疼痛情况,提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage therapy for patients with joint dysfunction after elbow joint fracture.Method:A total of 98 patients with dysfunction after elbow joint fracture surgery in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group applied rehabilitation training,and the study group applied acupuncture and massage on this basis.Result:After treatment,the study group’s life satisfaction(13.54±1.12)points,physical symptoms(43.16±3.51)points,cognitive function(21.03±1.17)points,psychology(13.21±1.47)points,social participation score(19.17±1.41)points,which were lower than(18.78±1.14),(50.21±3.52),(25.24±2.03),(18.51±2.03),(23.24±1.56)points in the control group;the joint mobility of the study group after treatment(24.37±0.32)points,pain(49.74±0.54)points,elbow joint range of motion(19.65±0.20)points,joint stability score(9.33±0.12)points,which were all higher than(20.56±0.54),(44.01±0.43),(13.10±1.65),(6.53±0.22)points in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(75.51%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage have a good effect on postoperative dysfunction of elbow fracture,which can effectively improve the mobility of the patients,improve the range of motion and joint stability of the elbow,improve their pain,and improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients.
