摘要
受到经济社会快速发展的强力推动,近几年,我国畜禽养殖业得到了迅猛发展,无论是养殖规模还是畜禽数量都在持续扩大增加,但与此同时兽药的使用也越发广泛。如果未能合理用药,会导致畜禽产品当中有兽药残留,对人体健康产生危害,在这种情况下,便需要用到兽药残留检测技术。因此,本文便针对畜禽产品中兽药残留检测技术研究进展做出分析和探讨。
In recent years,China’s livestock and poultry breeding industry has developed rapidly due to the strong promotion of rapid economic and social development.Both the scale of breeding and the number of livestock and poultry are continuously expanding and increasing.At the same time,veterinary drugs are used more and more widely.Failure to use drugs rationally will lead to veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products,which is harmful to human health.In this case,it is necessary to use veterinary drug residues detection technology.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the research progress of veterinary drug residues detection technology in livestock and poultry products.
