摘要
分析了电解成型加工误差的特性 ;阐述了高频、窄脉冲电流源可以较大地缩小截止加工间隙及最小平衡加工间隙 ,提高阳极溶解集中蚀除能力从而较大幅度地提高电解成型精度 ,解决直流电解加工模具中因成型精度低而伴生的侧面扩张量大、转接圆角大以及工具阴极设计制造复杂、成本高等问题。研究表明HSPECM是提高模具型腔电解加工精度的有效途径 ,为精密模具加工提供了一种先进。
The forming error specificity of ECM is analyzed. The decrease in cut off machining gap, minimum equivalent gap and enhancement of localization ability, can be made with high frequency and short pulse current supply, which leads to the increase in forming accuracy. The problems of large side overcut and transfer radius, complexity of cathode design and manufacture as well as higher cost all can be solved. It is revealed that HSPECM is a valuable approach to improve the accuracy of ECM mould cavity. It provides an advanced available up to date technology for precision mould manufacturing.
