摘要
为了推进公路建设转型升级,提升公路桥梁品质,发挥钢结构桥梁性能优势,合理确定工程造价,对北京地区已建和在建钢结构桥梁开展了相关调研和研究,总结了北京地区钢结构桥梁发展现状,统计了北京市和其他省市现有钢结构桥梁计价标准情况,分析了钢构桥梁在推广应用中的养护问题,归纳了各种类型钢构桥梁制造工艺流程、步骤、技术要点和常用方法,结合调研结果和实测数据,提出了钢结构桥梁专项施工和日常养护定额框架体系。研究成果有利于钢结构桥梁全生命果周期的成本控制,为指导和测定钢结构桥梁养护定额提供了基础性支撑。
In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of highway construction,improve the quality of highway bridges,fulfill the performance advantages of steel structure bridges,and reasonably determine the project cost,in this paper relevant investigations and studies are carried out on the existing and under constructed steel structure bridges in Beijing,the development status are summarized,the existing pricing standards of steel structure bridges in Beijing and other provinces are counted,and the maintenance problems that encountered during the promotion of the steel structure bridge are analyzed,the manufacturing process,steps,technical points and common methods of various types of steel bridge are concluded.Combined with the survey results and measured data,the quota framework system for special construction and daily maintenance of steel bridge is proposed.The study conclusion is beneficial to the cost control of the whole life cycle of steel structure bridge,which provides the basic support for guiding and measuring the maintenance quota of steel structure bridge.
