摘要
为了提高农村公路日常养护工作效率,广州市开展了农村公路日常养护经费标准测算研究。课题组采用代表指标法,利用偏差可控验证理论,创建起一个代表指标测算验证模型,计算出农村公路日常养护经费标准值,并对其合理性进行验证,然后作为推荐标准在广州市全面推广应用。推荐标准简单适用并具有一定的科学经济规律,取得了良好的应用效果。研究获得了农村公路日常养护经费标准,获得了广州市农村公路日常养护费用的规模;创造了偏差可控验证理论,发明了代表指标法,取得了代表指标测算验证模型等研究成果。研究结论认为这种创新理论、研究方法及模型科学可行,且可应用于工程、工业、管理、商业等其他广泛行业,这是本项目首次进行应用研究,故具有开创性和可借鉴性。
In order to improve the efficiency of daily maintenance of rural roads,studies has carried out in Guangzhou on the standard calculation of daily maintenance funds of rural roads.The research group adopts a method of representative index and created a model of representative index and calculation verification according to the theory of bias-controllable verification,and the standard value of daily maintenance funds for rural roads is worked out,and its rationality is checked.Then as a recommended standard,it is widely promoted and applied in Guangzhou.The recommendation standard is simple and applicable,conforming to certain laws of science and economy,thus good application results have been achieved.The research has obtained the standard for the daily maintenance of rural roads and the scale of the daily maintenance cost of rural roads in Guangzhou.The theory of controllable deviation verification is created through this research,and the representative index method is invented,and the representative index calculation verification model is established.The research concludes that this innovative theory,study method and model are scientifically feasible,and can be applied to a wide range of industries such as engineering,industry,management,and commerce.This is the first practice for study,so it is pioneering and can be used for reference.
