摘要
香菇多糖是香菇子实体的主要成分之一,多糖的有效成分为β-(1-3)-葡聚糖。它具有多种药理作用及保健功效,其中以抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗氧化和调节免疫功能等方面的研究最为广泛。文章通过对香菇多糖的4种提取工艺进行对比,同时对香菇多糖的保健功效进行总结,旨在为香菇产业发展提供新方向,同时也为人类疾病治疗提供新思路。
The polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes is one of the main components of Lentinus edodes fruit body,the effective component of polysaccharide is β-(1-3)-glucan,it has a variety of pharmacological and health care effects,among which,the research on anti-tumor,decreasing blood sugar,anti-oxidation and regulating immune functions is the most extensive.By comparing the four extraction processes of polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes,the health care effects of polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes are summarized,in order to provide a new direction for the development of Lentinus edodes industry and a new idea for the treatment of human diseases.
