摘要
阿里体育是我国体育产业中一家新兴企业,也是最具发展活力和发展潜力的企业之一,在行业中一直广受关注。阿里体育依托于阿里巴巴集团,具有大数据、云计算、电子商务等资源优势,分析阿里体育电商模式既可以把握其发展方向,也有助于了解中国体育企业发展方向。本文梳理了阿里体育的商业布局,对阿里体育的电商发展模式进行SWOT矩阵分析。根据分析结果,从不同角度对阿里体育电商模式发展提出建议。
Alisports is a new enterprise in China’s sports industry,and one of the most dynamic and potential enterprises,which has been widely concerned in the industry.Alisports relies on Alibaba Group,which has the advantages of big data,cloud computing,e-commerce and other resources.Analyzing Ali Sports e-commerce model can not only grasp its development direction,but also help to understand the development direction of Chinese sports enterprises.Based on the commercial layout of Alisports,this paper analyzes the SWOT matrix of its e-commerce development model.According to the analysis results,it offers suggestions for the development of Alisport e-commerce model from different angles.
