摘要
双循环发展新格局是党中央国务院应对疫情冲击和逆全球化抬头等复杂国内外环境而提出的发展战略。本文详细阐述了西藏构建双循环发展新格局的意义和内涵,并结合西藏内需和外需现状,提出建议。研究认为,西藏目前存在内需动力不足、经济发展不持续、基础建设不足、消费需求量小、进出口贸易动力不足等问题,由此提出投资基础设施建设、拓宽资金来源渠道、促进收入增加、刺激消费等对策建议。
The new pattern of double-cycle development is a development strategy proposed by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in response to the impact of the epidemic and the rise of anti-globalization.This article elaborates on the signifi cance and connotation of Tibet's construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern,and puts forward suggestions based on the status quo of Tibet's domestic and external demand.According to research,Tibet currently has problems such as insuffi cient domestic demand motivation,unsustainable economic development,insuffi cient infrastructure,low consumption demand,and insuffi cient motivation for import and export trade.As a result,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as investing in infrastructure construction,broadening funding sources,promoting income growth,and stimulating consumption.
