利用高斯反卷积研究脲醛树脂的结晶度 被引量:1

Study on crystallinity of urea formaldehyde resin by Gaussian deconvolution

摘要 以"碱-酸-碱"法合成了两种物质的量比为1.4∶1和1∶1的脲醛树脂(UF),随后加入不同类型及不同含量的固化剂NH_(4)Cl和AlCl_(3)来探究UF的XRD谱图变化,并通过高斯函数对UF的XRD谱图进行反卷积研究。研究结果表明:高斯函数可以较好拟合UF的XRD谱图,高物质的量比的UF与低物质的量比的UF共有的结晶区域是固定的,结晶峰的位置不随固化前后而改变,但固化增大了低物质的量比UF的结晶峰;固化剂的加入,显著改变了低物质的量比UF的结晶度,且结晶度及晶粒尺寸随固化剂用量的增加而增加;不同种类固化剂对低物质的量比UF的影响不同。 Two kinds of urea formaldehyde resin(UF)with mass ratio of 1.4∶1 and 1∶1 was synthesized by"alkali-acid-alkali"method,then different types and contents of curing agents NH_(4)Cl and AlCl_(3) were added to explore the changes of XRD spectrum of UF,and the XRD spectrum of UF was deconvoluted by Gaussian function.The research results showed that the Gaussian function could well fit the XRD spectrum of UF.The crystallization region shared by UF with high mass ratio and UF with low mass ratio was fixed,and the position of crystallization peak did not change with curing,but the curing increased the crystallization peak of UF with low mass ratio.The addition of curing agent significantly changed the crystallinity of UF with low mass ratio,and the crystallinity and crystallite size increased with the increase of curing agent amount.Different kinds of curing agents had different effects on UF with low mass ratio.
