摘要
气血理论经过历代发展成为中医学的重要理论之一。随着手术成为疾病治疗的常用方法,围手术期处理成为手术成功的重要保障。近年来围手术期运用中医气血理论干预对促进手术患者快速康复发挥了积极作用,文章对此进行综述,以期对围手术期临床提供参考。
The theory of Qi and blood has been one of the most important theories of traditional Chinese medicine after successive development.As surgery becoming a common treatment for diseases,perioperative management turns into the essential guarantee of successful operation.In recent years,applying theory of Qi and blood to perioperative patients to promote rapid recovery has shown lots of advantages.This article reviewedthe development of theory of Qi and blood and progress on its application in perioperative period in order to better guide clinical perioperative management.
