摘要
中风病是临床常见的神经系统疾病,在《针灸捷径》中详细记载了该病的针灸治疗处方、补泻方法及不效原因。从注重阴阳辨证、通调任督以及补泻分明三方面来分析针灸处方的思路。认为其构思巧妙,配伍精当,对于临床中风病的防治具有重要指导意义,应进行进一步的临床研究和推广应用。
Stroke is a common nervous system disease in clinic.The prescriptions of acupuncture treatment,the method of replenishing and purging and the ineffectual cause of the disease are detailed in Zhenjiu Jiejing.This paper tried to analyze the thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions from three aspects:Yin and Yang syndrome differentiation,regulating Du and Ren meridians and distinct compatibility.It has important significance for guiding the prevention and treatment of stroke,worthy of application and promotion.
