摘要
黄连始见于《神农本草经》,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效,是古代医家们常用的药物之一。现代药理学研究发现,黄连的主要活性成分为小檗碱、黄连碱、药根碱等,具有保护心肌、降糖降脂、抗菌消炎、抗癌等多种药理作用,广泛应用于心脑血管等多种疾病中,疗效显著,具有良好的开发前景。通过查阅大量文献,从黄连的炮制历史、药效变迁、用量规律来阐述黄连的历史源流,同时结合黄连现代的药理作用,探究黄连及其复方在心脑血管疾病中的应用研究,以更好地指导临床实践。
Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)was first recorded in Shennong Bencao Jing.It has the effect of clearing heat,drying dampness,reducing fire and detoxification.Modern pharmacological studies have found that the main active ingredients of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)are berberine,coptisine and jatrorrhizine,which have a variety of pharmacological effects,such as myocardial protection,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects and so on and are widely used in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,with significant curative effects and good development prospects.Therefore,by consulting a large number of literature,this paper expounded the historical origin and flow of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)from the processing history,pharmacodynamic change and dosage rule,and simultaneously combined the modern pharmacological action of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)to explore the application research of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)and its compound in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,so as to better guide clinical practice.
