摘要
为了提高巷道掘进及围岩支护效率,提出将融合掘进、支护、转载、运输等环节的快速掘进系统应用到35061巷快速掘进中,并进行工业应用。结果表明:速掘进系统不仅可明显提升巷道围岩支护效率,而且显著增加巷道掘进各工序平行程度;现场应用后巷道掘进进尺由以往的270 m/月提升至600 m/月,实现了巷道快速掘进以及支护的预期目标。该结论可为其他矿井巷道快速掘进工作提供一定借鉴。
In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation and surrounding rock support,the paper proposes that the rapid driving system which combines the driving,supporting,transferring and transportation links is applied to the rapid excavation of 35061 lane and is applied in industry.The results show that the speed driving system can not only improve the efficiency of surrounding rock support,but also increase the parallel degree of each process;After the application of the field,the advance of roadway excavation is increased from 270 m to 600 m every month,which realizes the expected goal of rapid excavation and support.The conclusion can be used for reference for the rapid excavation of other mine tunnels.
