摘要
介绍风电叶片成型用导流网的基本功能,并研究了叶片成形过程中导流网的克重和结构对导流速率的影响。结果表明,克重越大的导流网,其二维空间导流速率越慢,三维空间导流速率越快;导流网结构影响导流速率,菱形结构中长对角线方向(即纵向)导流速率比短对角线方向(即横向)导流速率快。
This paper introduces the basic functions of the diversion network for wind turbine blade forming,and studies the influence of the gram weight and structure of the diversion network on the diversion flow rate during blade forming.The results show that the larger the gram weight,the slower the two-dimensional flow rate and the faster the three-dimensional flow rate.The diversion network structure affects the diversion flow rate.In the rhombic structure,the diversion flow rate in the long diagonal direction(i.e.vertical direction)is faster than that in the short diagonal direction(i.e.horizontal direction).
