摘要
目的了解基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构理论为框架管理模式在手术器械消毒供应管理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年5月至10月在本院手术麻醉中心手供一体化供应片区消毒灭菌的7800包器械设为观察组,实施基于“结构-过程-结果”三维结构理论为框架管理模式对其消毒供应过程进行管理和评价;选取2017年5月至10月在本院手术麻醉中心手供一体化供应片区消毒灭菌的7800包器械设为对照组,按照传统的管理措施做好手术器械消毒供应管理工作。比较两组手术器械消毒供应不良事件发生率及手术器械管理质量的差异。结果观察组手术器械遗失、损伤、器械仓不规范装备及器械派送延误等不良事件发生率均低于对照组;观察组器械交接单填写正确率、清洗消毒合格率、装配合格率、器械供应及时率均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构理论为框架管理模式运用于手术器械消毒供应管理实践中,可降低手术器械消毒供应管理不良事件的发生及提高手术器械消毒供应管理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of"structure-process-result"oriented three tier quality evaluation model in sterilisation and supply of surgical instrument.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to include 7,800 packages of surgical instruments,as the observation group,sterilised by the section of integrated operation sterilisation and supply of the surgical anesthesia centre of our hospital from May 2018 to October 2018,to which the"structure-process-result"oriented quality evaluation model was applied.Another 7,800 packages of the same sterilisation and supply section during May 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the control group,to which the routine sterilisation management was applied.The two groups were compared with the occurrences of adverse events mangement quality of surgical instrument.Results The incidences of the loss of surgical instrument,incorrect date labelling and delay in delivery in the observational group were lower than those in the control group.The rate of correct filling in the instrument handover forms,the qualified cleaning and sterilisation,the qualified emergency instrument kits,and the timely rate of emergency instrument supply in the observational group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusion The"structure-process-result"oriented three tier quality evaluation model is of great significance in reducing the occurrence of adverse events and in improving the quality of management in sterilisation and supply of surgical instrument.
