摘要
目的:分析丹东、通化、延吉三地的环境和流行病特点,总结当地的传染病防病策略和温区部队急进寒区的抗寒防病手段。方法:通过资料收集、调查问卷等形式研究分析以丹东、通化、延吉为代表的寒冷地区边境城市流行病发病情况,总结当地流行病学特点,并针对性地进行防病防寒研究。结果:寒冷地区边境城市受当地的气候环境、教育宣传水平、健康素养等条件影响,导致病毒性肝炎、肺结核、出血热、布鲁氏菌病等传染病的流行。结论:温区部队转战寒区应加强流行病防治研究,培养专病人才,以提升当地专病治疗水平。
Objective:To analyze the environmental and epidemic characteristics of Dandong,Tonghua and Yanji,and to summarize the local infectious disease prevention strategies and the cold resistance and disease prevention measures when the troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area.Methods:Through data collection,questionnaire and other forms of research methods to analysis the epidemic situation in Dandong,Tonghua and Yanji as the representative of the cold border cities,and summarize the local epidemiological characteristics,the research on disease prevention and cold prevention was carried out.Results:Influences of local climate environment,education and publicity level,health literacy and other conditions in border cities in cold area lead to outbreak of viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,hemorrhagic fever,brucellosis and other infectious diseases.Conclusion:In order to improve the treatment level of local special diseases for the combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area,the research on epidemic prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
