摘要
[目的]研究41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC在甘薯上的防病增产效果。[方法]通过栽插时浇穴和栽插前药泥蘸根处理,生长期调查作物长势,收获期调查产量和病害的发生情况,对41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC的防病增产效果进行分析。[结果]41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC各处理田间栽插后对甘薯前期的生长具有一定的促进作用;41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC各处理均有显著的增产效果,比对照增产96%以上,与田间常用防治甘薯茎线虫病药剂3.5%阿维·噻唑膦颗粒剂相比增产17%以上;41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC各处理(750 mL/hm^(2)浇穴、1005 mL/hm^(2)浇穴、1005 mL/hm^(2)蘸根、2010 mL/hm^(2)蘸根)对甘薯茎线虫病防治效果(病情指数计算分别为81.13%、83.66%、73.60%、78.46%)均优于对照药剂3.5%阿维·噻唑膦颗粒剂(68.83%),对甘薯软腐病防治效果(61.68%、61.85%、70.89%、75.60%)显著优于3.5%阿维·噻唑膦颗粒剂(5.13%),对甘薯黑斑病的防治效果(60.53%、78.73%、76.49%、82.66%)均显著优于3.5%阿维·噻唑膦颗粒剂(42.32%)。[结论]41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC无论浇穴还是蘸根各处理对甘薯生长均具有一定的促进作用,有显著的增产效果,对甘薯茎线虫病、软腐病和黑斑病均有较好的防治效果。
[Aims] This paper aims to study the effect of fluopyram 41.7% SC on disease prevention and yield increase of sweet potato. [Methods] By pouring holes during planting and dipping roots with medicinal mud before planting,and by investigating the growth of crops during the growing period and investigating the yield and disease occurrence during the harvesting period, an analysis was conducted on the effect of fluopyram 41.7% SC disease prevention and yield increase. [Results] Fluopyram 41.7% SC treatment had a certain promoting effect on the early growth of sweet potato in each field. Each fluopyram 41.7% SC treatment had a significant yield increasing effect, which was more than96% higher than the control group. Compared with the avil-thiazolyst 3.5% granules which is generally used to control sweet potato stem nematode disease, the yield with fluopyram 41.7% SC increased by more than 17%. Fluopyram41.7% SC treatment(750 m L/ha pouring hole, 1005 m L/ha pouring hole, 1005 m L/ha dipping root, 2010 m L/ha dipping root) to sweet potato stem nematode control effect(disease index calculation was 81.13, 83.66, 73.60, 78.46% respectively)were better than averisazate 3.5% granule(68.83%), the control effect on soft rot of sweet potato(61.68, 61.85, 70.89,75.60%) was significantly better than that of 3.5% avitazolidine granules(5.13%), the control effect on sweet potato black spot(60.53, 78.73, 76.49, 82.66%) was significantly better than that of 3.5% avitazolidine granules(42.32%). [Conclusions] All treatments of fluopyram 41.7% SC(pouring holes or dipping roots) have a certain promoting effect and a significant yield increase effect on the growth of sweet potato, and have excellent control effects on sweet potato stem nematode disease,soft rot disease and black rot disease.
