摘要
乡村旅游的热潮给民宿行业带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。文章以皖南宏村地区为例,基于实地踏勘与问卷调查,通过构建家庭生命周期模型,对研究区游客对民宿的住宿天数、入住类型、入住价格以及入住房型等的选择行为进行分析,进而为民宿市场的精准定位、市场细分,为民宿行业的发展提供参考建议。
The upsurge of rural tourism has brought opportunities and challenges to the rural residence industry.Taking South Anhui Hong Village as an example,based on field survey and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the choice behavior of tourists’lodging days,lodging type,lodging price and lodging type by constructing family life cycle model,which provides reference and suggestions for precise positioning and market segmentation of rural residence market and development of this industry.
