摘要
随着广州市轨道交通建设的深入发展,其相关的配套设施也逐渐成为城市建设的重点。基于TOD视角,为促进城市土地与空间的高效利用,鼓励地铁车辆段上盖住区设计实践。以广州萝岗车辆段品秀星樾为例,梳理了一系列设计难点,并提出相应策略,为进一步研究城市地铁车辆段上盖住区设计提供思路。
With the in-depth development of Guangzhou rail transit, supporting facilities related it have gradually played an important role in urban construction. The design practice above metro depot can make good use of the urban land and space based on the TOD perspective. This article provides some ideas for further research on urban residential area design above metro depot by taking Pinxiu Xingyue of Luogang Depot as an example, sorting out a series of design difficulties and putting forward corresponding strategies.
