摘要
随着2022年杭州亚运会的临近,余杭区亚运场馆改扩建工程也已竣工。回顾项目过程,从新旧建筑关系的融合、复杂功能流线的组织,以及限额设计、BIM协同、工期组织等EPC实践方法的角度,对时空条件限制下设计引领的EPC工程做一小结。
As 2022 Asian Games approaches, the reconstruction of Yuhang Sports Center has now been completed. Recalling the process from plan to completion, this text summarizes the guidance of design in the practice of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC) mode under the constrained conditions by space and time, including the design strategies such as the integration of new and old buildings, the organization of complex functions and streamlines, as well as the EPC practice methods like quota design, BIM synergy and schedule control.
