摘要
高强大梁钢折弯开裂是加工过程中常见问题之一,本文通过对用户折弯加工开裂试样的组织和力学进行分析,找出开裂原因,并提出改进措施。结果表明:高强大梁钢的夹杂物含量、金相组织及力学性能并非折弯开裂的主要原因,而剪切边存在毛刺是导致折弯开裂的主要原因。通过修磨或者调整圆盘剪轴向间隙去除边部毛刺可以避免折弯开裂。
Bending cracking of high strength steel is one of the common problems in machining process.In this paper,the microstructure and mechanics of the cracked specimen processed by user bending are analyzed,finds out the cause of the crack,and proposes improvement measures.The results show that the inclusion content,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of high strength steel are not the main reasons for bending cracking.But the burr on the shear edge is the main cause of bending cracking.Bending cracking can be avoided by grinding or adjusting the axial clearance of disc shear to remove edge burrs.
