摘要
众所周知,球铁轧辊辊颈材料含碳量高,焊接性较差,一般熔焊方法难以对其进行耐磨层修复。本文采用等离子堆焊方法进行球铁耐磨层堆焊,设计等离子过渡层和硬层堆焊合金粉末进行试验,测量堆焊层硬度并进行裂纹着色检查,根据试验结果得到堆焊性能良好的过渡层粉末和能适应不同硬度堆焊需要的硬层粉末材料。研究轧辊球铁辊颈的工艺方法,在轧辊扁面端头倒角处进行堆焊试验,解决了辊颈扁面边部耐磨层堆焊的工艺方法和材料问题。
As we all know,ductile iron roll neck materials have high carbon content and poor weldability.It is difficult to repair the wear-resistant layer by general fusion welding methods.In this paper,plasma surfacing method is used for surfacing of ductile iron wear-resistant layer,plasma transition layer and hard layer surfacing alloy powder are designed to test,the hardness of surfacing layer is measured and crack coloring inspection is carried out.According to the test results,a good surfacing performance is obtained.The transition layer powder and the hard layer powder material that can meet the needs of different hardness surfacing welding.The process method of the roll neck of ductile iron is studied,and the surfacing test is carried out at the chamfer of the flat face of the roll,which solves the problem of the process and material of the surfacing welding of the wear-resistant layer of the flat face of the roll neck.
