摘要
液压张紧装置系统的安全是输送机运行的保障。针对输送机液压张紧装置系统的故障类型复杂,诊断难度大的问题,在输送机液压张紧装置的系统结构和数学模型基础上,重构系统故障诊断拓扑结构,采用支持向量机的粒子群算法来预测液压张紧装置系统的故障,最后在NI测控平台对系统故障预测算法进行了验证,实验结果表明,采用的故障预测方法能够实时提高系统的故障预测效率,提升了液压张紧装置系统的稳定性。
The safety of hydraulic tension device system is the guarantee of conveyor operation.Aiming at the problem of complex fault types and difficult diagnosis of conveyor hydraulic tensioning device system,based on the system structure and mathematical model of conveyor hydraulic tensioning device,the topological structure of system fault diagnosis is reconstructed,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm of support vector machine is used to predict the fault of hydraulic tensioning device system.Finally,the system fault prediction algorithm is analyzed on NI measurement and control platform The experimental results show that the fault prediction method can improve the fault prediction efficiency of the system in real time and enhance the stability of the hydraulic tension device system.
