摘要 目的:探讨CAREDose4D联合低管电压、低对比剂浓度在头颈部CT血管造影的可行性研究。方法:选2019年1月—2020年9月我院行头颈部CTA检查的74例患者分为两组,A组(n=33)使用CAREDose4D、100 kV管电压、40 mL(320 mgI/mL)造影剂用量,B组(n=41)使用250 mAs管电流、120 kV管电压、40 mL(350 mgI/mL)造影剂用量。比较两组头颈部血管CT值,颈内动脉噪声、信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)和图像评分。结果:两组CT容积剂量指数(volume CT dose index,CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(dose-length product,DLP)、有效辐射剂量(effective dose,ED)具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组头颈部各血管CT值、噪声差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)头颈部血管SNR、图像评分不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CAREDose4D联合低管电压、低对比剂浓度进行头颈部CTA可满足诊断要求。 Objective To explore the feasibility study of CAREDose4D combined with low tube voltage and low contrast agent concentration in CT angiography of the head and neck.Method The 74 patients who underwent head and neck CTA examinations in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were divided into two groups.Group A(n=33)used CAREDose4D,100 kV tube voltage,and 40ml(320 mgI/ml)contrast agent dosage,Group B(n=41)uses 250 mAs tube current,120 kV tube voltage,and 40 ml(350mgI/ml)contrast agent dosage.The CT values of head and neck vessels,internal carotid artery noise,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and image score were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups of CT volume dose index(CTDIvol),dose-length product(DLP),effective radiation dose(ED)were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The difference in CT value and noise of the blood vessels in the head and neck between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).The SNR and image scores of the blood vessels in the head and neck were not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion CAREDose4D combined with low tube voltage and low contrast agent concentration for head and neck CTA can meet the diagnostic requirements.
