摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪定复合布托啡诺对腹腔镜手术患者术后镇痛的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年6月行腹腔镜手术的患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。试验组麻醉诱导后,静脉泵注右美托咪定;对照组泵注等量生理盐水。术后行自控静脉镇痛(PCIA),对照组使用布托啡诺,试验组在布托啡诺基础上加入右美托咪定。比较两组效果。结果:试验组术后T_(2)~T_(6)静息和活动时的VAS评分均低于对照组,48 h内镇痛泵按压次数少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后恶心呕吐、眩晕的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定复合布托啡诺对腹腔镜术后患者的镇痛效果良好,不良反应少。
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.After induction of anesthesia in the experimental group,dexmedetomidine was injected intravenously;the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline.Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)was performed after the operation.The control group received butorphanol;the test group added dexmedetomidine on the basis of butorphanol.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the test group at rest and during activity at T_(2)~T_(6)after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group.The number of times of pressing the analgesic pump within 48 hours was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the test group suffered from nausea,vomiting and dizziness after surgery.The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol has a good analgesic effect on patients after laparoscopic surgery,with few adverse reactions.
