摘要
目的:分析在血透动静脉内瘘治疗时使用改良约束带的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2020年9月血液透析自体动静脉内瘘患者50例,作为观察组,应用改良后约束带;选取2019年9月-2020年2月血液透析自体动静脉内瘘患者50例,作为对照组,使用传统约束带。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组患者内瘘并发症发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良后约束带有效降低了使用中内瘘并发症的发生,保障了治疗的安全,提高了患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of improved restraint band in the treatment of internal arteriovenous fistula during hemodialysis.Methods:From March 2020 to September 2020,50 cases of hemodialysis patients with internal arteriovenous fistula were selected as the the observation group,they were used improved restraint band.From September 2019 to February 2020,50 cases of hemodialysis patients with internal arteriovenous fistula were selected as the control group,they were carried out traditional restraint band.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications of internal fistula in observation group was lower than that in control group,the patients'satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved restraint band can effectively reduce the complications of internal fistula,ensure the safety of treatment and improve the satisfaction of patients.
