摘要
以吉林省中部城市引松供水工程隧洞衬砌实体质量检测为例,采用不同中心频率的探地雷达天线对衬砌和围岩结构开展了实体检测。通过对雷达检测图像的归纳和阐述,发现采用合理的中心频率天线,解决了探地雷达实体质量检测衬砌结构时探测深度与分辨率的矛盾。1500 MHz天线能清楚反映钢筋网结构信息,揭露保护层厚度的质量缺陷;900 MHz天线能真实反映钢架和衬砌厚度基本信息,揭露衬砌结构局部和连续脱空质量缺陷;400 MHz和200 MHz天线能真实显示衬砌后方围岩的破碎和裂隙,揭露施工过程中的超挖与欠挖、回填不密实质量缺陷。
Based on the quality detection of diversion tunnel lining entities of central cities Yinsong water supply project in Jilin province,this paper analyzed the radar detection images to determine a reasonable center frequency antenna which could solve the contradiction between the detection depth and the resolution.The 1500 MHz antenna was chosen to reflect the information of the steel mesh structure and expose the quality defects of the thickness of the protective layer.The 900 MHz antenna can truly reflect the basic information of the steel frame and lining thickness,and expose the quality defects of local and continuous voids in the lining structure.The 400 MHz and 200 MHz antennas can truly display the broken and cracks of the surrounding rock behind the lining,and expose the quality defects of over-excavation,under-excavation,and underfilling during construction.
