摘要
目的研究拉布立海预防和治疗儿童肿瘤溶解综合征的作用。方法回顾性分析2019年9月—2020年9月在南京医科大学附属儿童医院血液肿瘤科应用拉布立海预防和治疗肿瘤溶解综合征的12例儿童的临床资料,总结治疗效果以及用药经验,并复习相关文献。结果拉布立海降低尿酸作用对患儿全部有效,所有病人均安全渡过肿瘤溶解综合征,仅有1例出现可疑药物相关的不良反应。结论拉布立海可快速降低血尿酸水平,安全性好,能够有效预防和治疗恶性肿瘤初期的肿瘤溶解综合症风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of rasburicase in the prevention and treatment of tumor lysis syndrome in pediatric patients.Methods Clinical data of 12 pediatric patients treated by rasburicase from September,2019 to September,2020 in the department of Hematology&Oncology,Affiliated Children′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The drug efficacy and medication experience were summarized and related literatures were reviewed.Results Rasburicase was effective in reducing uric acid in all the children.All the patients survived from the tumor lysis syndrome safely,and only 1 patient had a suspected drug-related adverse reaction.Conclusions Rasburicase can rapidly reduce the level of blood uric acid.It is safe,and can effectively prevent and treat the risk of tumor lysis syndrome in the early stage of malignant tumors.
