摘要
通过FLUENT软件研究了精馏塔中分布器内部速度场及压力场的分布规律,分析了分布器的进气结构,结构布局及填料层对其性能的影响。研究结果表明:气体在分布器内流动过程中形成两个对称涡流区,导致分布器的均布性能降低,分布器的压降主要集中在环形通道以及分布器主体的中间通道内;弯管进气结构对气体分布器均布性能影响较小,采用扩张管进气可使压降降低;分布器的结构参数是影响分布器内部气流均匀度和压降的主要影响因素,优化结构布局和打孔分布能够提升分布器性能;分布器与填料段组合结构对于提高气流均匀性有明显改善,压降小幅增加。
Software FLUENT was used to study the distribution law of velocity field and pressure field in gas distributor in packed column,and the influence of structure parameters of distributor,intake structure and packing layer on its performance was analyzed.The results show that two symmetrical eddy currents are formed during the gas flow in the distributor,which results in the decrease of the uniform distribution performance of the distributor.The pressure loss of the distributor is mainly occured in the annular channel and the middle channel of the distributor body.The elbow inlet structure has little effect on the uniform distribution performance of the gas distributor,and the pressure drop can be reduced by about 11.5%by the use of expansion pipe.The structural parameters of the distributor are the main factors affecting the gas flow uniformity and pressure loss inside the distributor,and the distribution performance can be improved by optimizing the structural layout and drilling distribution.The increase of the hole size and the concentration of the hole location towards the middle of the inner cylinder have obvious effect on improving the performance of the distributor.The combined structure of the distributor and the packing section can obviously improve the gas flow uniformity,and a more reasonable structure of the distributor can be obtained through reasonable design.
