摘要
采用主位研究策略分析《醉花窗医案》典型个案,阐释了晚清时期文化与心理或行为的建构。用实际医案陈述了患者及其家属心理或行为的文化负载内涵,即社会生态、宗教、政治等文化心理对其诊疗依从行为的影响。
This paper analyzes the typical cases in Zui Hua Chuang Yi An(《醉花窗医案》, Medical Records of Zui Hua Chuang) with emic approach. On this basis, it expounds the development of patients’ culture and psychology or behavior in the late Qing dynasty. This article focuses on the cultural connotation of patients’ and their family’s psychology or behavior, that is, the influence of social ecology, religion and politics on patients’ compliance behavior in the process of diagnosis and treatment.
