甲醇氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯铜系催化剂研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 碳酸二甲酯是一种重要的绿色化工产品,以甲醇为原料在铜系催化剂作用下直接氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯,具有成本低、收率高、三废排放少等优点,本文介绍3种甲醇氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯的反应方法及其优缺点;详细综述甲醇氧化羰基化反应中各类铜系催化剂的催化性能,并对高活性、稳定性及高寿命的铜系催化剂的制备及改性方向进行展望。 Dimethyl carbonate is an important green chemical product.The direct oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate under copper catalyst has the advantages of low cost,high yield and low emissions of three wastes.Three reaction methods for oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonylate were introduced and its advantages and shortcomings were also summarized.The catalytic performance of various copper-based catalysts in methanol oxidative carbonylation reaction was reviewed in detail.The preparation and modification direction to high activity,stability and high life copper-based metal catalysts were prospected.
