摘要
针对锦源煤矿+302 m辅运大巷富水性、巷道变形大的复杂地质条件,改进了原有的支护方案,即锚网喷+U型钢联合支护方式、围岩浅部注浆。采用数值模拟对改进后的支护方式进行分析,巷道顶底板移近量为115 mm,两帮移近量为80 mm,支护效果良好。从U型钢支架所受的轴力云图综合来看,U型钢支架肩部的受力变化较为明显,顶部所受力较小,帮部所受力较为适中。结合现场观测,顶板下沉量为100 mm,两帮移近量为72 mm左右。同时在巷帮5 m位置的钻孔窥视表明,围岩基本无破碎,没有明显裂隙,整体较为完整,说明注浆效果良好,控制了围岩稳定。
Aiming at the complex geological conditions of Jinyuan Coal Mine′s+302 m auxiliary transport roadway with rich water and large roadway deformation,the original support scheme was improved,that was,the combined support method of bolting with mesh and shotcrete+U-shaped steel,and grouting at the shallow part of the surrounding rock.Using numerical simulation to analyze the improved support method,the approach of the roof and floor of the roadway was 115 mm,and the approach of the two sides was 80 mm,and the support effect was good.From the comprehensive view of the axial force cloud diagram of the U-shaped steel bracket,the change in the force on the shoulder of the U-shaped steel bracket was more obvious,the force on the top was small,and the force on the top is relatively moderate.Combined with on-site observation,the sinking amount of the top plate was 100 mm,and the moving distance of the two sides was about 72 mm.At the same time,a peep at the 5 m position of the tunnel side showed that the surrounding rock was basically free of broken,no obvious cracks,and the whole was relatively complete,indicating that the grouting effect was good and the stability of the surrounding rock was controlled.
