摘要
本文先从外语语音学习的特殊性说明智能型计算机辅助外语语音教学的必要性,并列举具体的研究实例说明如何将语言学、语音技术、教育心理学,以及神经科学等相结合,在智能化软件中使用可视化方式有效地教授外语语音;接着进一步指出我们需要懂技术的语言学与教育学专家来主导智能化软件的设计,克服目前技术驱动的弊端,才能发挥人工智能在教育中的作用;并期待交叉学科专家联手合作,共同推进人工智能与外语教育的创新发展。
This article first discusses the significance of intelligent computer-aided pronunciation training for foreign language learning from a developmental neuroscience perspective and illustrates the way to combine linguistics,speech technology,educational psychology,and neuroscience to teach pronunciation more effectively with intelligent software by using visualization.Then the article points out that we need language teachers who are also well informed about the latest technology to lead the design of intelligent systems.Only in this way can we overcome the disadvantage of the technology-driven approach and take full advantage of artificial intelligence in education.It is expected that interdisciplinary experts should work together to promote the innovative development of artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching.
