摘要
目的了解上海地区公众对心搏骤停急救技术认知情况,及其施救意愿,为提高公众院外心搏骤停施救率提供参考。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,通过问卷星平台对上海地区居民随机进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷172份,公众心搏骤停急救知识总知晓率为37.10%,是否接受过急救培训使急救知识知晓情况的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而性别、职业、年龄和文化程度对急救知识知晓情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。另外,公众的施救意愿当对象是家属及朋友时高达90%,而对陌生人施救意愿仅占62.21%。结论公众急救知识掌握水平低,施救意愿还需加强,可通过加强法律法规普及,扩大培训受众,有针对性的进行培训与复训,来促进公众急救知识的掌握,从而增强公众施救意愿,提高院外心搏骤停施救率。
Objective To explore the public awareness of cardiac arrest and related first aid in Shanghai,and their willingness to rescue,so as to provide reference for improving the rescue rate of cardiac arrest outside the hospital.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents in Shanghai randomly by using the Wenjuanxing platform.Results Totally 172 valid questionnaires were collected.The total awareness rate of first aid knowledge of cardiac arrest among public was 37.10%.The difference of first aid knowledge was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the awareness of first aid knowledge among gender,occupation,age and education(P>0.05).In addition,the publicfs willingness to rescue was as high as 90%when the target was their family members or friends,while the willingness to rescue strangers was only 62.21%.Conclusion The level of the public emergency knowledge is low,and the willingness to rescue needs to be strengthened.We can promote the public emergency knowledge through strengthening the popularization of laws and regulations,expanding the training audience,targeted training and retraining,so as to enhance the public;s willingness to rescue,and improve the rescue rate of cardiac arrest outside the hospital.
