摘要
百年来中国共产党始终注重并大力推行制度治党。因为制度治党既是马克思主义政党建设的“元逻辑”遵循,也是现代政治发展与政党治理制度化的“功能逻辑”表达。百年来中国共产党制度治党,先后走过新民主主义革命时期的孕育与萌芽、社会主义革命与建设时期的开端与探索、改革开放新时期的起步与型构、新时代的发展与完善的艰辛历程。这为新时代全面从严治党的制度化推进提供了镜鉴启示,那就是必须坚持守正创新理念,必须坚持党的领导原则,必须坚持中国问题导向,让中国共产党制度治党辉映伟大新时代。
The past century has witnessed the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s attaching great importance to the party governance with institution and vigorous implementation.Because institutional party governance not only follows the“meta logic”of Marxist party construction,but also manifests the“functional logic”of modern political development and the institutionalization of Party governance.Over the past hundred years,the party governance with institution of the CPC has gone through an arduous journey from the gestation and germination of the new democratic revolution to the beginning and exploration of the socialist revolution and construction;from the start and configuration of reform and opening up in the new period to the improvement and perfection in the new era.This provides some insight into and enlightenment for promoting the institutionalization of exercising full and strict governance over Party in the new era:the concept of preservation and development must be upheld,the principle of Party's leadership and the orientation of China’s issues must be adhered to so as to make the CPC's institutional governance over the Party shine the great new era.
