综采工作面回撤巷道支护技术优化研究

摘要 本文以付村煤业有限公司3上1007综采工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析的研究手段分析了3上1007工作面老顶断裂形式。并通过压垮型冒顶荷载计算法、载荷估算法与实测统计法计算了最不利条件下回撤支架期间覆岩载荷,对支架工作阻力进行校核。在以上研究的基础上,提出了3上1007面回撤通道加强支护建议方案。 This paper took the 1007 working face of No.3 upper coal seam in Fucun Coal Mine as engineering background as an engineering case to analyze the main roof fracture form of the 1007 working face of No.3 upper coal seam.And this paper considers that the main roof fracture of No.31007 working face.This paper calculated the overburden load during the withdrawal of support by collapse roof load calculation method,load estimation method and measured statistics method to check the working resistance of support under the most unfavorable conditions.On the basis of the above research,this paper put forward a proposal of strengthening support for gateway for equipment withdrawn in the 1007 working face of No.3 upper coal seam.
