摘要
党的领导是推进各项事业的根本保证,党支部领办合作社的发展能够充分发挥党组织的政治、组织优势,推动合作社经济优势和群众能动性的有效结合。运用SWOT战略分析方法,结合烟台市党支部领办合作社实际发展情况,客观分析了烟台市党支部领办合作社发展的内部因素和外部条件。在内部优势方面,烟台市党支部领办合作社坚持党建引领,以党支部为核心,发展产业融合,建立利益共同体等;在外部劣势方面,该合作社具有天生的弱质性,人力资源匮乏,发展思路不明确,缺少技术等;在外部机遇方面,烟台市党支部领办合作社得到乡村振兴战略、《农民专业合作社法》、政府推动与扶持等的支持;在威胁方面,该合作社仍面临农产品市场竞争激烈、自然灾害、生态环境恶化等的侵害以及区位条件的限制等不利因素。最后,基于SWOT分析,从SO战略、 WO战略、 ST战略、 WT战略等4个方面提出了烟台市党支部领办合作社的发展对策。
The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the advancement of various undertakings,and the development of cooperatives led by the Party branches can give full play to the political and organizational advantages of the Party organization,and promote the effective combination of the economic advantages of the cooperatives and the initiative of the masses.Using the method of SWOT strategy analysis and combining with the actual development of cooperatives led by Yantai Party branch,the internal factors and external conditions of the development of cooperatives led by Yantai Party branch were objectively analyzed.In terms of internal advantages,Yantai Party branch leading cooperatives adhere to the guidance of Party construction,take the Party branch as the core,develop industrial integration,establish a community of interests,etc.In terms of external disadvantages,the cooperative has inherent weaknesses,such as lack of human resources,unclear development ideas and lack of technology.In terms of external opportunities,the cooperatives led by Yantai Party branch are supported by the rural revitalization strategy,the Law on Specialized Farmer Cooperatives,and the promotion and support of the government.In terms of threats,the cooperative still faces such threats as fierce competition in the agricultural products market,natural disasters,deterioration of the ecological environment,and limited geographical conditions.Finally,based on SWOT analysis,strategic development countermeasures on the development of the cooperatives led by Yantai Party branch were put forward from four aspects of SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy.
