摘要
附着式升降防护平台在倾斜外立面高层建筑中的应用研究较少,以济南中央商务区4-14地块项目1号主楼为研究背景,因建筑物东、西立面为倾斜曲面造型,采用变角度倾斜附着式升降防护平台进行施工。结合实际工程,对防护平台设计难点进行分析总结,对防护平台构造组成、架体设计参数、倾斜爬升设计、施工流程和关键施工工艺进行分析研究,研究结果可为同类型附着式升降防护平台的应用提供借鉴。
Few researches on the application of attached lifting protection platform in high-rise buildings with inclined facades were carried out.In this paper,the 1#main building of the 4-14 block project in Ji'nan central business district was taken as the research background.Because the east and west facades of the building are inclined curved surfaces,the variable angle inclined safe protection platform for adhering type lifting operation for building was used for construction.Combining with actual engineering,the design difficulties of the protection platform was analyzed and summarized.The structure of the protection platform,frame design parameters,inclined climb design,construction process and key construction technology were analyzed and studied.The research results can provide reference for the application of the same type of safe protection platform for adhering type lifting operation.
