摘要
文中结合新能源汽车用高牌号无取向硅钢的产品性能和生产工艺要求,介绍了中冶南方在新能源汽车用电工钢连续退火涂层机组上的有关新技术:薄带钢穿带及稳定运行技术、高效清洗技术、退火炉快速加热及控冷技术、均匀涂层技术和智能制造技术。
Based on the product properties and production process requirements of high grade non oriented silicon steel for new energy vehicles,the new technologies of continuous annealing and coating line for electrical steel used in new energy auto in the WISDRI were introduced,such as:thin strip threading and stable operation,efficient cleaning,rapid heating and controlled cooling,uniform coating,intelligent manufacturing.
