摘要
结合沿海高铁项目接触网应用情况,总结现有接触网装备表面防腐存在的问题,分析不同材料零部件在沿海高温湿热及工业腐蚀环境工况下的耐腐蚀性能;以目前电气化铁路应用较多的碳钢及铝合金接触网装备为例,从防腐工艺原理、特点、试验对比、应用情况及工程造价等方面进行分析说明,形成能够满足沿海复杂环境的接触网零部件防腐方案。
With connection to the application situations of OCS for high-speed railway in coastal area,the paper summarizes the existed problems of anti-corrosion of surface of OCS equipment,analyzes the anti-corrosion performance of various parts of different materials under coastal high temperature,humid and heat environment and industrial corrosive environment;taking the OCS equipment of carbon steel and aluminum alloy widely used in the electrified railway as an example,by analyzing and illustration made in terms of principles and characteristics anti-corrosion process,test comparison,application status and project costs,a scheme,capable to meet the anti-corrosion performance of OCS parts under coastal complicated environment,is formed.
