ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展若干新技术评析--细纱相关装备 被引量:2

Evaluation and Analysis of Some New Technologies on Spinning Equipments at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition(ITMA2019)

摘要 为了加快行业创新示范效应,激发更多技术成果,从细纱机主机、自动落纱技术、断纱检测系统以及电锭驱动技术等方面,评析ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展展示的细纱相关装备的新技术、新产品;着重介绍了参展细纱机主机及相关的纺纱技术应用和装置,包括细纱机集体落纱、移动落纱机器人技术,断纱检测与粗纱停喂技术以及电锭驱动等技术应用。指出:细纱机发展方向为长机多锭位,附加自动集体落纱装置已成为标配;细纱机短机集体落纱和移动落纱两种改造方式将长期并存;细纱机主机配置断纱检测系统、联合配置粗纱停喂装置以及实现全电驱动亦是发展趋势。 In order to accelerate the demonstration effect of industry innovation and stimulate more technical achievements,the new technologies and products of spinning equipments exhibited at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition(ITMA2019)are reviewed from the aspects of main machine of spinning frame,automatic doffing technology,yarn breaking detection system and spindle drive technology.The main frame of the spinning frame and the related spinning technology application and equipments exhibited at ITMA2019,including the application of the collective doffing and mobile doffing robot technology of the spinning frame,the detection of broken yarn and the stop feeding technology of roving and the electric spindle drive technology are mainly introduced.It is pointed out that the developing direction of the spinning frame is long machine with multiple spindles,and the additional automatic collective doffing device has become the standard equipments.The collective doffing and mobile doffing of short spinning frame will coexist for a long time.It is also a development trend that the main machine of spinning frame is equipped with yarn breaking detection system,roving stop feeding device and all-electric drive.
