微等离子体联合点阵激光同期治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察微等离子体PLASMA联合点阵10600 nm CO_(2)激光及点阵2940 nm Er:YAG激光治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法2018年12月至2020年5月,治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者21例。每一个患者均针对面部不同分型的瘢痕选择相应的设备进行同期治疗:M型、U型瘢痕选用PLASMA定点治疗,V型瘢痕及明显毛孔粗大区域选择点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,面部其余部分采用点阵Er:YAG激光覆盖,最终完成全面部治疗。本组患者均治疗2次,间隔至少3个月。首次治疗前及末次治疗后3个月,采用VISIA数字皮肤分析系统拍照。末次治疗后3个月时记录患者不良反应发生情况,并调查患者满意度。采用ECCA评分进行疗效判定,对治疗前后结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗前ECCA评分为243.65±55.56,末次治疗后3个月ECCA评分为173.81±47.12,差异显著(P<0.001)。本组中仅1人次出现不良反应(不良反应率为2.4%);患者满意度为85%。结论微等离子体联合点阵激光同期治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕疗效肯定,副作用小,患者满意度高。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of micro plasma combined with 10600 nm CO_(2)laser and 2940 nm Er:YAG laser in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar.Methods From December 2018 to May 2020,21 patients with facial atrophic acne scars were selected.Every patient were treated with different devices according to the scar types.M-type and U-type scars were treated with PLASMA fixed-point treatment,V-type scars and areas with obvious large pores were treated with fractional CO_(2)laser treatment,and the rest was covered by fractional Er:YAG laser to complete the overall treatment.Two times of treatment was necessary and the treatment interval was at least 3 months.Before each treatment and 3 months after the second treatment,patients were taken standard photos by VISIA digital skin analysis system.The patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were recorded 3 months after the second treatment.The ECCA score was used to determine the efficacy,and the results before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The ECCA score was 243.65±55.56 before treatments,and 3 months after the second treatment,the score became 173.81±47.12(P<0.001).There was only one adverse reaction,the rate was 2.4%.The patient satisfaction rate was 85%.Conclusion Micro plasma combined with fractional laser has a positive effect in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar with less side effects and higher patient satisfaction.
