摘要
终身职业技能培训制度的构建,不仅是当前社会发展的需要,而且也是持续提升职业人才技能素养的需求,为了更快、更好的适应复杂的就业环境和就业形势,职业教育下的终身学习体系显得尤为重要。本文以单片机应用技术课程为例,在对职业教育终身学习体系的必要性作出论述的基础上,对终身职业技能培训模式进行了研究与探讨。
The construction of lifelong vocational skills training system is not only the need of the current social development,but also the need of continuously improving the skills and qualities of professional talents.In order to adapt to the complex employment environment and employment situation faster and better,the lifelong learning system under vocational education is particularly important.This article takes the single-chip microcomputer application tech no logy course as an example.Based on the discussion on the necessity of the lifelong learni ng system of vocational education,this article researches and discusses the lifelong vocational skill training model.
