摘要
基于激光测距技术研发了一种全自动混凝土尺寸测量仪,该仪器具备同步测量试件的边长、平面度和相邻面夹角、分析尺寸公差等功能,且操作简单方便,测量时间短。并采用单因素方差法对比分析了人工检测与全自动尺寸测量仪的测试结果。结果证明2种方法获得的测试结果不存在差异性,表明全自动混凝土尺寸测量仪可以用来代替人工手动检测混凝土试件的尺寸。
A full-automatic dimension measuring instrument for concrete is developed based on laser distance measurement technology.The instrument has functions such as synchronously measuring the length,flatness and angle of adjacent surfaces of the testing specimens,and analyzing the dimensional tolerances.It is convenient to operate the instrument and obtain the testing results in short time.Compared the results obtained from manual measurement with that from full-automatic dimension measuring instrument by using the single-factor variance method.The results show that there is no significant difference between two methods.This proves that the full-automatic dimension measuring instrument can be used to replace manual measurement.
