摘要
德国国家队在2014年夺得世界杯冠军后,其完善的青训体系再次受到人们的关注。对比我国青少年足球人才培养的相关环节,提出我国青少年足球人才培养应加强研究,出台措施,树立可持续发展的培养理念;加大基础投资,完善足球场地建设;扩大并优化基层教练员队伍;建立各级各地的青少年足球联赛及人才数据库。
After Germany national team won the world cup in 2014,its perfect youth training system has been paid more attention to.Comparing with the relevant links of the training of youth football talents in China,the author proposes that the training of youth football talents in China should be strengthened,measures should be taken to establish the concept of sustainable development;Increase the basic investment and improve the football field construction;Expand and optimize the basic level coach team;Establish the Youth Football League and talent database at all levels.
